Expert technology support, cyber security consulting and digital skills education for homes and small businesses, delivered evenings and Saturdays, so nobody has to take time off work.
From a grandparent's iPad to a farm's network security: the same expertise, applied where you need it.
Wi-Fi that reaches the shed, smart homes configured properly, backups that actually run, devices set up safely, plus remote support from $55 and a membership that puts an expert on call.
Home services & pricing →Risk audits, email defence, phishing simulations, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform builds. On-site audits and consulting by arrangement, benchmarked well under Adelaide rates.
Business services & pricing →Community workshops, staff awareness sessions for local businesses, and one-on-one coaching for the people scammers target most.
Education sessions →No call-out mystery, no hourly black hole. Flat rates where the job is predictable, honest hourly where it isn't, and remote-first wherever it saves you money.
The membership that turns "I didn't want to bother anyone" into a quick message you can send before you click. Opening once I'm fully up and running.
Email or send a message with roughly what's happening. I read and reply during my hours — Monday and Tuesday evenings, 5 to 8 PM. Plain English is fine; you don't need the technical words.
Before anything starts, I'll confirm exactly what's involved and what it costs. No call-out mystery, no hourly black hole. If you need to buy any gear, you'll get an exact shopping list first.
Hands-on jobs book into Saturdays by appointment across Port Lincoln and district: confirmed scope, confirmed price, and everything tested before I leave.

EP Digital Solutions is built on four-plus years of hands-on ICT support and local government experience, and on one uncomfortable observation from that time: the people and businesses of regional SA face the same scams and cyber threats as the big end of town, with a fraction of the support.
That background shapes how this consultancy works, in a particular order: prevention before repair, configuration before hardware, education before fear. We don't sell equipment, we don't do electrical work, and we don't promise the impossible. We set things up properly, secure what matters, and teach you to spot trouble coming.
The emblem is Port Lincoln's Old Mill, a structure built to endure, standing over the town for generations. That's the standard the work is held to.
And the EP? It stands for Expert & Personal: expert enough for a cyber audit, personal enough for a nan's iPad. (And yes, for the Eyre Peninsula, where it all started.)

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Being born in Port Lincoln and living my life here, I started EP Digital Solutions because too many people here get sent to Adelaide or nowhere, for help they should be able to get locally and in plain English. I spend my days as a ICT Support officer providing in person support and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps systems running and secure. So whether you're a household, a senior or a small business, you'll be dealing with me directly, not a call centre.
You don't need to know the technical words. Send a message with roughly what's happening, and I'll reply during my hours — Monday and Tuesday evenings, 5 to 8 PM.
